My interventions cover a range of therapeutic approaches in a holistic context (along with full training in Clinical CBT Hypnotherapy), taking into account the client’s mind, body and soul in the context of their lived experience. This combination can greatly enhance therapeutic outcomes. I’m a Member of the Complimentary Medical Association.
FLEXIBILITY
Presently I deliver Therapy Plans through several different modalities: in person via zoom which is delivered in real time, e-mail based and guided self-help which are not based in real time.
This offers greater flexibility to suit your needs and personality. For example, the option of e-mailing can be helpful for a number of varied reasons:
when you want to initial just explore some issues that you have
a steppingstone to face-to-face zoom therapy, first via e-mail and then later in-person, when perhaps your interpersonal anxiety has diminished to a level where such contact can be tolerated or you simply would like to explore a problem in a different way. It may feel more comfortable to have time to reflect on your processes, so e-mail provides a better start point
