Why On-line Therapy

FLEXIBILITY

Presently I deliver Therapy Plans through several different modalities: in person via zoom which is delivered in real time, e-mail based and guided self-help which aren’t based in real time.

This offers greater flexibility to suit your needs and personality. For example, the option of e-mailing can be a steppingstone to face-to-face zoom therapy, first via e-mail and then later in-person, when perhaps your interpersonal anxiety has diminished to a level where such contact can be tolerated, or you simply would like to explore a problem in a different way. It may feel more comfortable to have time to reflect on your processes, so e-mail provides a better start point. However, it may be that not having interpersonal cues may send you into mistrust therefore zoom face to face may be more appropriate. In regard to self help this may be all you need initially to explore a potential problem; you can always book some other mode at a later date.
